Dear ARCHA Members,

We regret to inform you that we must cancel the SUMMER SHOOTOUT Horse Show scheduled for July 17-19, 2026 due to an unforeseen schedule conflict with the NRCHA Hackamore Classic Premiere event. It will not affect any other shows or events we have scheduled for 2026.

The ARCHA Youth Clinic scheduled for July 20-21, 2026 is rescheduled for August 17-18, 2026, immediately following the ARCHA WRIGHTIMETOSMOKUM Show.

This decision was not made lightly. We understand how much our members look forward to this show, and we share in your disappointment. However, given the overlap with a major industry event, we feel this is the most appropriate course of action to best support our members, exhibitors, and the overall success of both events.

We appreciate your understanding and continued support of the association. We look forward to seeing you at our upcoming events and will share additional updates as they become available.
